What we collect
Your email, display name, account settings, your files, and basic security records (sign-ins, shares, imports) so you can see your own activity.
What we never do
No ads. No selling data. No scanning file contents. No training AI on your files. "Ask a document" only reads the file you pick, when you ask.
Private files
Scrambled on your device before upload. We hold no key to them.
Who else sees data
Only our hosting and email providers, under contract, to run the service. Connected apps only after you approve them — and you can cut them off in one tap.
Your rights (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA and similar)
Access, correct, export, delete, restrict or object. Use your profile to export or delete, or open a Support request marked "Privacy". We reply within 30 days.
Retention
Files stay until you delete them. Trash empties after your chosen period. Deleted accounts are erased from active systems within 30 days and backups within 90.
Cookies
Only what is needed to keep you signed in and remember your settings. No tracking cookies.
Children
Under-13s use Family accounts with Kid-safe sharing, managed by a parent or guardian.
